To gather audiences feedback i asked a few people to watch my main video of my opening to a horror film. I had got a boy and a girl to watch my clip to see how their thoughts differed. The feebback that I recieved was quite positive as they said I had included various different shots such as medium shot, match on action and high angle to gather a continuity effect on the film.
The male feedback was also positive, they said although I did not use a male cast member the girl used is still highly likely to attract the opposite sex as they are attracted to the female body. They also said that they are attracted to the blood and gore used in the film. they really enjoyed it and said the tension that was builded up was very exciting and effective as nobody knew if anyone was in the house.
The female feedback was also positive, as the storyline was emotional this can relate to many females as they express their feelings a lot differently to the males. They also emnjoyed the tension that was very effective and made them more excited.
